  • New Products: 30-day return policy from delivery date
  • Defective Products: Full refund or replacement within warranty period
  • Custom Configurations: Non-refundable unless defective
  • Opened Software: Non-refundable due to licensing restrictions

Software Solutions

  • Custom Development: Refunds based on project milestones
  • Licensed Software: Subject to vendor refund policies
  • SaaS Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds for unused periods

Managed IT Services

  • Monthly Contracts: 30-day notice for cancellation
  • Annual Contracts: Pro-rated refunds after 90 days
  • Setup Fees: Non-refundable after service initiation

Credit Card Refunds

Additional 3-5 business days for bank processing

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective Products: We cover return shipping costs
  • Customer Returns: Customer responsible for shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We cover all shipping costs
  • International Returns: Additional customs fees may apply
